The Client

RealCAPITA is a real estate investment brand dedicated to offering a wide range of aligned real estate products and investment opportunities, whilst taking into account the wider social, economic and cultural facets that create genuine prosperity, for our lifetime and beyond.

The Logo

When designing the brand signature, care was taken to distil the principles and ideals of the company into a simple, unique and recognizable mark that could be translated across different media while maintaining visual integrity. When it came to origination, a clear and simple typeface was used in conjunction with an Arabic typeface, which had similar properties.

The “real” mark shows the word real reflected, representing the concept that everything that is real has a reflection. The skewed circle that this is encapsulated reflects the holistic approach that is employed in the projects we undertake. The color blue is used to reflect water, the source of all life and the medium through which we perceive our reflection.
